Senior Pastor Job Description

The Senior Pastor provides leadership for the fulfillment of the vision and mission of Bethel Church.

Responsibilities:

A. Leads Preaching/Teaching Team
B.  Fulfills the obligations of the primary leader (CEO) in the Bethel governance model

Qualifications:

1.   Demonstrated experience in visionary and spiritual leadership in a large, growing organization
2.   Demonstrated experience in transformational preaching
3.   Practices effective interpersonal communication
4.   Demonstrated ability to model openness and teachability, and a willingness to lead out of humility
